We primarily ship orders using USPS Ground service. This service provides reliable and economical shipping for domestic deliveries within the contiguous United States. 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination address. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

USPS Ground service typically delivers within 2-8 business days depending on the distance to the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or peak holiday seasons.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number on the USPS website (www.usps.com) or through our website's order tracking page.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Insurance

All orders shipped via USPS Ground service include basic insurance coverage based on the value of the shipment. If you require additional insurance or have specific shipping requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will work with USPS to investigate the issue, but we recommend contacting USPS directly for assistance in such cases.
